Refund & Cancellation Policies

1. Returns & Exchanges

We offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the items meet the following conditions:

  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

  • We offer a 7-day return window. You have 7 days from the date of receiving your item to raise a return request.

    To be eligible for a return:

    • Your item must be in the same condition as you received it unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

    • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

    Once the product is received at our facility, it will be inspected, and your return request will be approved or rejected within 2 days.

  • Exclusions: Products purchased during clearance sales or with discounts exceeding 20% are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange for an exchange or a full refund.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
    Once your request is approved and the original item is received in acceptable condition, we will delivered the exchanged product within 10-12 business days.

2. Refund Process

  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.

  • If your refund is approved, the amount will be sent back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Shipping Fees: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

  • Reverse Shipment Fee: A fee of ₹100 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover reverse shipping costs. 

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled before they are shipped within one day. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.

  • Refund for Canceled Orders: If an order is canceled before shipping, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
